  • Open the lid

  • The center chamber is for use with Botanical Himalayan salts or drop one to two drops your choice of essential oil to the filter- (Botanical Salts and Filters are included with your purchase)

  • For use as an aroma diffuser or you may breathe through the chamber inhaling the botanical salty air also for use with therapeutic grade essential oil of choice.

  • Inhale through the chamber, take a long breath, inhaling filling your belly all the way up to your chest.

  • Exhale through your nose allowing all the properties to reach your bloodstream via your olfactory system. ( The fastest way to enter your bloodstream )

  • You may immediately feel more relaxed, centered and ready to refocus.
